All payments made to GoToCatalyst are non-refundable.

This includes:

retainer fees

setup fees

consulting fees

ongoing service fees

3. Rationale

Due to the nature of services:

work begins immediately upon engagement

resources are allocated and systems are deployed

value is delivered through expertise and execution

Therefore, refunds are not applicable.

4. Exceptions (if you want to soften for Cashfree approval)

In exceptional cases, any consideration for partial refund shall be at the sole discretion of GoToCatalyst.
